Ei Group manages health & safety compliance with Trail

Ei Group's managed division needed to scale... fast.  But managers were stuck on paper based systems, Health & Safety was time consuming to enforce and as site numbers grew, audit costs spiralled.

Implementing Trail offered another way. Centralised, real-time monitoring and an app which allowed managers to spend more time on the floor, looking after staff and customers and ultimately providing a great service.

By going paperless the Group saved money instantly, but they gained a lot more than that. With operational actions assigned and marked completed digitally they now also have full visibility of all their sites’ daily performance - from a single, online dashboard.
