Yes! You can upgrade or pause your subscription anytime through the plans page in the app. To downgrade your plan, just get in touch with us. And if you’re not completely happy you can cancel anytime. Just contact us and we'll send you a cancellation form wishing you a fond farewell 😢
Trail is available in nearly every country. Our support team are based in the UK, so customer service response times will vary outside of UK working hours. We invoice in local currency for the UK (£), Europe (€), Australia (AUD) and the US (USD). All other countries will be invoiced in USD; the exchange rate is calculated at the point of payment and we apply the daily mid-market rate. Customers may be charged a foreign exchange fee by their credit card company or bank.
You can sign up by credit card via Stripe on our website. For large customers we also offer Direct Debit payment. In special circumstances we can discuss invoice payment. Our plans are priced per site, with unlimited users at no extra cost. After the first site, you're only charged for each live site. This means you can get set up, or pause subscriptions for temporary closures free of charge.
Trail works on any modern browser. Staff can use their own devices, or if you’re not ready for that, then we recommend mini tablets or phones. Just login via the website on any modern browser and you’ll be up and running in seconds with nothing to download. You’ll need wifi, but Trail has an offline mode in case of unreliable connection.
