A number of our customers discussed the pain involved in manually taking temperature records during the day. One customer even said they had to send an employee over to a site on Christmas Day just to check the temperature of their cold storage!
We have since been working with a number of hardware partners to integrate and deliver temperature alerts and reports straight to Trail. This helps remove the risk of human error, reduce waste and allows teams to focus on serving customers.
