Fridays rolled out Trail across their 85 site estate during the pandemic to replace their paper checks, free their managers from admin and empower their teams.

Previously paper heavy, Fridays’ Safety and Operational teams worked closely together to streamline and digitise their daily tasks. They used Trail to open up clear lines of communication between the teams, creating a positive culture of safety across the business.

Safety is now embedded into everyday tasks and has become second nature for teams. Trail integrates effectively with the Food Safety and Health & Safety Management Systems in Fridays, ensuring everyone knows what corrective actions to take when required and has confidence in how to do it.

Central visibility has also improved for Fridays. They can communicate changes from head office to teams on the ground quickly and efficiently—which has been crucial during the pandemic.
