We already support some of the biggest brands in hospitality to streamline their operations, but to help the industry on their way to achieving net-zero we wanted to do our bit there too. So in 2021 Trail made a pledge to plant 500,000 trees by 2030.
And we’ve made some great progress in the last few months.
Working with reforestation and sustainability leaders, Ecologi, we’ve increased the number of trees we’ve planted by nearly 10,000 in July and August 2022 alone. In total that’s roughly 73,000 trees equating to a reduction of 312.56 tonnes of CO2, 938m² of sea ice saved, or the equivalent of 775,461 miles driving in a car.
As well as the trees we’ve also helped to support renewable energy initiatives in Egypt, worked to prevent further deforestation in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and contributed to the launch of a wind power project in Mexico.

Did you know that without using digital tech like Trail the average site uses at least one ream of paper per month via printing, diaries and notes? Not only is that around £32.50 in extra costs, it’s also 500 pieces of wasted paper.
Ecologi are a UK-based organisation who work towards reforestation and improving sustainability all around the world.
We plant one tree for every site using Trail, once a month. So by using Trail, you are supporting brilliant initiatives across the world.
As more seeds are planted, we reduce our impact on the planet together.
It’s as simple as that.
