This week, we’re introducing you to Gemma Holmes, one of our brilliant Customer Success Managers.
I’ve worked in hospitality for over ten years now. I started at Las Iguanas, where I was the Brand Communications Coordinator, and then I moved to Bookatable for three years. Then I spent two years at The Fork as an Account Manager before joining the Trail family.
I’m a Customer Success Manager, which means I look after and love our customers, making sure they get the very best out of Trail. I also welcome new customers, helping them rollout Trail smoothly to their sites and teams. Customer success is super important to us. We wouldn't be here, and the product wouldn't be what it is today without our lovely customers!
Make the tea! We're a family at Trail, and family always comes first, so when life gives you lemons, we make the tea and support each other.
Be thoughtful, generous and kind. No politics, no games. Put yourself in the shoes of others, act with compassion and cover each other when life happens.
Virtual coffees with work friends keep me motivated to keep going when I feel unproductive.
I can't pick! There are too many, but I will say we love a bit of Karaoke now and again...
