We’re fortunate enough to be involved with a number of brilliant causes, ultimately aiming to support and uplift initiatives that are important to us as a team. We work with charities, not-for-profit organisations and businesses that impact real change. In our ‘Trail Causes’ series, we’ll be sharing some more information on the different organisations we’re working with.
First up, it’s the Fair Shot Café.
Fair Shot Café is a social enterprise and café that focuses on great food and great coffee, while also helping to address the shocking 93% unemployment rate among young adults with learning difficulties.
To support the team we provide Trail at no cost, helping them to streamline their operations and to focus on growth and their trainee programme.
Available to young adults with learning difficulties, the programme covers on-the-job skills as well as helping the trainees to secure permanent employment with Fair Shot’s network of employer partners come the end of the programme.
