Fronting a chef-led collection of foodie brands Kitchen Ventures have been at the forefront of the cloud kitchens food delivery wave that has swept London since the beginning of the pandemic.
With a roster spanning offerings from Giz & Green, Farm Bird, Tacos El Ray, Local Greens and Happy Endings, it’s safe to say they’ve got a lot on their plate when it comes to handling the many moving parts that come with running a ‘virtual food hall’ of this kind.
We caught up with the Kitchen Venture’s Launch Manager, Joe Tyler, to find out how they’re using Trail day-to-day to support the smooth running of operations within this fast-moving business.
The main problem we had was that we didn’t have all our compliance records and documents in one easily accessible place.
We like using Trail as it’s very user friendly, especially for the less tech-savvy chefs. It’s laid out in a way that makes it really clear what tasks are to be done and when.
Ensuring all tasks are completed when they are required and on time - Trail makes it easy for chefs to see when to complete tasks, and in turn, easy for managers to see when this hasn't been done on time.
The flexibility of being able to create tasks and to add integrations too.
