Today, we’re introducing you to Caroline Joyce; a Customer Success Manager here at Trail.

Hey Caroline, can you tell us a bit about your career background?

Much of my career has actually been spent with the team at Trail. I’ve been here for five years now, and before that I worked at a small tech startup in New York. I’ve always thrived working in the kind of fast paced environment startups provide… maybe that’s why I’m still here after all these years!

What do you do at Trail?

I look after our customers from their first day on Trail until their last, though I like to think that the close relationships we form mean that those “last days” rarely happen.

What’s your favourite Trail value?

“Work and Stop”. As an expat, having a job that allows me to work remotely really puts my mind at ease. It’s good to know that if home beckons, I work at a company that encourages me to respond to that call.

What’s your top productivity tip?

Get the right music playing! For me, that’s a healthy mix of Fatboy Slim and Beastie Boys.

Best moment at Trail so far?

I love our brainstorming sessions, it’s always exciting to see what great ideas we can come up with for Trail when we all put our heads together.
