Today, we’re introducing you to Caroline Joyce; a Customer Success Manager here at Trail.
Much of my career has actually been spent with the team at Trail. I’ve been here for five years now, and before that I worked at a small tech startup in New York. I’ve always thrived working in the kind of fast paced environment startups provide… maybe that’s why I’m still here after all these years!
I look after our customers from their first day on Trail until their last, though I like to think that the close relationships we form mean that those “last days” rarely happen.
“Work and Stop”. As an expat, having a job that allows me to work remotely really puts my mind at ease. It’s good to know that if home beckons, I work at a company that encourages me to respond to that call.
