We believe that being smart in choosing what data you collect and, perhaps more importantly, how you action it is the key to operational success. Using data wisely and not getting lost in it, was a hot topic at this year’s Pub Show, alongside other ways in which we can future-proof our pubs.

We work with multi-site organisations to help them push clear, actionable information down to their entire estate — at the right time, to the right sites, teams, and even individuals. Checking off this information as digested or completed, sends information back up the chain without the need for countless email threads or messy spreadsheets. Managers can see all of their sites’ progress from one, simple dashboard.

Our app is being used by pioneering Scottish craft brewer and punks, BrewDog; as well as cocktail masters The Alchemist, both of which have recently joined the Trail. The calibre of these high quality brands, along with the host of other pub and bar operators we work with, proves that sometimes keeping things simple can be what really makes a difference.
