New World Trading Company invest in operations

Widely awarded group NWTC has brought in Operations management app Trail to support their fast growth.

Trail serves up a daily list of tasks to guide teams step-by-step, from opening checks and food safety to cashing up. When integrated with ePOS, rotas and other systems, Trail becomes the central operational hub for the entire organisation, helping maintain standards, cut costs and save time. Other customers include Leon, Ei Group and Brewdog, and Trail recently won the Global Expansion award at Retail Recharged.

NWTC are opening an average of over 6 sites a year, including The Botanist in West Bridgford this week. With each new opening, Trail acts as a complete operational guide helping new staff and managers through their day and allowing them to maintain consistent standards from day one.

Leon completes rollout on the Trail

Operations management app Trail has been implemented in all 40 of Leon’s sites to support growth following £25m investment earlier this year.
